It took me about 5 years to get to the position that I wanted and another 3 years before I actually doubled my salary.

Through that experience, I created a method that helped me fast track my student's career without the many years of climbing the ladder to become a project manager.

Today, I have been helping many people transition to where they are now, which is working as a Project Managert.

I have been a Project Manager for over 25 years in the IT industry and now I have actually helped people transition into the IT industry as a Project Manager without

Computer Science degrees or without any IT experience in some cases.
